LOVING YOUR NEIGHBOR, VARIOUS SINS, AND INSTRUCTIONS:

Moses continues his delivery of the Torah to the people and covers a lot of ground in these chapters. The variety and specificity of some of these laws is remarkable. From helping a neighbor or animal, to putting railing on your roof, to public duty responsibilities suspended for newly-wed men, many different topics are covered.
