WHAT'S UP WITH DELIVERANCE MINISTRIES?
This is the second video teaching in our series called "False" where we continue to dive into disputable and controversial topics. If you recall we are exploring false gospels, false doctrines, and false writings that are finding their way into the church and particularly into Torah circles. Last time we discussed the shape of the earth or Biblical Cosmology, the Biblical message of those passages, and encouragement to refocus our lives on the weightier matters. We will continue by addressing “Demonology” Testing modern deliverance ministry.”
Much like our first topic in this series, the deliverance-style ministry is rapidly growing both in mainstream Christian circles as well as in Torah following fellowships. (Slides of YouTube screenshot) It crosses denominational lines, it is done in a variety of different ways, and while the teaching is wide and varied, there are some commonly agreed-upon principles that we will discuss today.
In this teaching, we will explore questions like “What is deliverance ministry?” And “What do deliverance ministries teach?” More importantly, we will explore whether or not common teachings within deliverance ministries are Biblical. Finally, there is hope for all believers and non-believers alike when it comes to spiritual matters regarding deliverance and demonic activity.
