SORCERERS, TALKING DONKEYS, AND BLESSING:
Maybe one of the craziest stories in all of the Bible is in this week's reading. Have you ever wondered if animals could ever talk? Well, it is possible. The people are blessed by a diviner for hire, Balaam when he was supposed to be cursing them. The people however, are caught in a trap set by this very same man and fall into sin. This week's reading offers many lessons we can learn from and apply to our lives.
